Pam was a person who was always there to listen and give advice. I remember being at Saskia's 3rd birthday party and you telling me how when you reach your 40s life gets easier, and that your 30s were the hardest. You have to cope with bringing up small children, money is tighter, work is harder and you just worry more! I remember thinking how right you were, but then I thought about everything you had already gone through at that point, and here you were giving me advice! All I have to say to that is if this is life being difficult then bring it on - you have shown me the courage to fight and continue even when things are bad, you have given me the strength to know that a "bad day" is just a "bad day".
