When the news was confirmed that Pam had Breast Cancer we all took a positive note that Pam would survive.Watching her endure surgery and 6 months of Chemotherapy treatment was hard but her courage and determination to prolong her life for her girls, for me and to spend more time with her family was inspirational.Yes,she was scared at times but from somewhere Pam found the strength to live on throughout the treatment showing the world that smiling face we all loved and adored.Even when her hair began falling out, she simply got it shaved,bought the best wig and carried on her life.She decided to have reconstructive surgery as her confidence started to return and we started to live our normal family lives again.Pam told me she was scared i would stop lovng her as her appearance changed during her treatments but i simply loved her more for being "Pam".Pam never shied away from public engagements, always going to family gatherings and even went back to the workplace in Liverpool City Centre.
